All paid conference attendees will have access to the conference matchmaking platform. This platform enables delegates to connect with other attendees and schedule meetings during the event, enhancing engagement and fostering meaningful relationships and collaborations.
Payment
To guarantee your admission to the conference, please make payment prior to the event. Upon receiving your booking, a tax invoice will be promptly issued for your records.

- Online Payment: Enjoy secure online payment through our registration portal. Follow the prompts during the registration process to complete your transaction.
- Bank Transfer: Our banking details will be provided in the confirmation email upon registration. Please include your registration details as a reference when making the bank transfer.
Your registration will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details to prepare for the event.
Note: By registering, you agree to the sharing of the data collected with the sponsors of this event. This allows for potential follow-ups related to the subject matter presented. defenceWeb will not share this data with any parties not involved unless otherwise indicated, ensuring your privacy.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please take note of our cancellation and substitution policy:
- Cancellations: Notify defenceWeb in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations received after the 14-day deadline are not eligible for a refund. A 100% fee will be applicable for late cancellations.
- Substitutions: You may substitute your registration with another person from your organisation at no additional cost. Substitutions can be made up to the start of the conference.
- Notification Process: All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to our Customer Services Team at angela@defenceweb.co.za. Please include your name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation or substitution.
